On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Our On-the-Job Training Program gives your business a cash reimbursement (not a tax credit) to help offset the costs associated with training a new, permanent employee. Learn how it works

A statewide list of Eligible Training Programs (ETP) and training providers available to train your workforce through opportunities such as On-the-Job Training (OJT) or customized training solutions.

 

 

Technical College Partners

Madison College offers more than 140 programs and certificates throughout South Central Wisconsin, at campuses in Madison, Fort Atkinson, Portage, Reedsburg, and Watertown.

 

 

 

 

Moraine Park Technical College offers more than 110 degrees, certificates and apprenticeships in traditional classroom and on-line formats. Campus locations include Beaver Dam, Fond du Lac and West Bend with regional centers also located in Hartford and Ripon.
