Career Pathways

The road to economic stability is long and winding. Our Career Pathways strategy introduces a high-technology, high-touch worker preparation model. It includes skills assessment, career counseling, hard and soft skills training, job placement and continuing education. The workforce development system needs to serve the employers and workers in our region. Our Industry Partnership Project keeps us connected so we can make that happen. Our Industry Partnership collaboration has assisted hundreds employers and empowered thousands of workers.
