The WDBSCW serves as either a Champion or Collaborator in these efforts.​

As a Champion, WDBSCW leads the initiative, guiding the strategy, coordinating efforts, and organizing the resources needed to address a particular challenge or project. The effort is supported by in-kind contributions through expertise, resources, and active participation from the WDBSCW. When you join as a member, you are directly supporting a focused effort that is driving change and creating lasting impact.

​When serving as a Collaborator, WDBSCW works alongside members as a supportive partner, offering in-kind contributions to the initiative while leveraging the collective strengths of all members. Your organization’s involvement ensures that your voice and expertise are integral to the success of the project or initiative.

As a Partnership Member, your organization will work alongside the WDBSCW to develop and implement next-level workforce system strategies that align with shared goals and community needs. This membership is for agencies seeking ongoing collaboration, with partners sharing the risks, rewards and responsibilities for mutually beneficial outcomes. Partner Memberships are more formalized and may require a contract or MOU. Partner Members actively contribute to the collective efforts aimed at addressing workforce challenges, advancing strategic initiatives, and fostering regional growth. Your expertise and resources will directly support the development of programs that benefit job seekers, businesses, and the region.
