Our efforts are targeted to support career exploration and work-based learning opportunities, the pursuit of skills training to earn degrees and certificates, and collaboration to create innovative talent retention and development initiatives.
The foundation of our work rests on collaborations with our WorkSmart Network service providers through a mix of work-based learning, business engagements, skill development and career services.
