Manufacturing Alliance

The Manufacturing Alliance brings together manufacturing employers from Sauk, Marquette, and Columbia Counties to address shared workforce challenges and develop forward-thinking talent strategies.

This council is especially known for its leadership in youth workforce pipeline development, including the innovative Mini Manufacturing World initiative—a hands-on K–12 simulation experience that introduces students to the diverse career opportunities within the manufacturing sector.

Through regular convenings, collaborative programming, and community partnerships, the Alliance fosters a strong regional manufacturing ecosystem that invests in both current workforce needs and future talent development.
