Wisconsin Pathway Home 4 Expansion

The Wisconsin Pathways Home 4 Expansion Grant is a reentry program that prepares justice-involved individuals for employment both pre- and post-release. This goal is to eliminate the gap between release and enrollment into a job-focused reentry program, improve employment outcomes and reduce recidivism.
