Wisconsin Pathway Home 4 Expansion
The Wisconsin Pathways Home 4 Expansion Grant is a reentry program that prepares justice-involved individuals for employment both pre- and post-release. This goal is to eliminate the gap between release and enrollment into a job-focused reentry program, improve employment outcomes and reduce recidivism.
The Path Back to Employment
Who Can Participate?
Eligible participants are referred to Program Career Coaches by the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Eligible participants must be:

Adults (18+) who are incarcerated in an eligible state correctional facility or local/county jail.

Have a scheduled release date typically within 20–270 days of enrollment.

Plan to return to the program’s target community after release.

Legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or otherwise work‑authorized).
